Q. What ages are the children involved in the program?

A. The curriculum of the program is designed for children ages 8-17.

Q. Is the program open to boys and girls?

A. Absolutely!

Q. I know a child interested in participating in the program, how can they get involved?

A. Consult with our partner agencies list on this website. Children are coordinated through these agencies.

Q. What is the quality of the staff?

A. The Diamonds program utilizes PGA professional staff to instruct the children. Assistants are also available and all have a background in golf. All staff have undergone background screening.

Q. Can companies donate goods and services for events?

A. Yes, in planning our annual fundraising golf tournament, as well as, other fundraising events, various amount of assistance is needed. Such things include printing, raffle prizes, goody bag prizes, etc. We are also in need of new products that can be used as prizes for the children and we seek summer program merchandise sponsors - hats, drawstring bags, water bottles and golf shirts sponsors.

Q. Can I make a donation in honor of someone else?

A. Donating in honor of someone who appreciates and values the lessons and character that golf can provide is a wonderful idea. Please indicate the person in which you wish to honor and notification will be made to that person.

Q. How can my friends who are golfers or my golf group assist?

A. By participating in our annual golf tournament and other fundraising events, you know that your day in the sun will assist a child who would not normally have access to the links. Your group may also be a sponsor of the program or provide donations of goods and services.
